Checking shows, tickets and access
USINE C presents theatre, dance, music and media arts, and the right ticket and arrival plan depend on the performance. Tickets are available online at all times. Telephone box-office service is listed Tuesday through Friday, 14:00–17:00, and two hours before performances on show nights; the on-site box office opens two hours before performances on show nights.
Tickets are neither exchangeable nor refundable. Latecomers are not admitted, and unoccupied seats may be reassigned when a performance starts. The bookshop opens on performance evenings from one hour before the show, during intermission if there is one, and for half an hour after the performance.
For reduced-mobility access, use the entrance at 1908 rue de la Visitation. A ramp and facilitated access to the seating risers are available. Contact the box office in advance to reserve reduced-mobility seating and arrange assistance.
USINE C also participates in the Carte accompagnement loisir (CAL) program, which grants free admission to a companion accompanying a person with a disability.
